● Observed Terminal Error / Stack Trace
ERROR: Cannot resolve dynamic server route: /api/user
at astro-server.js:123:45
at async Server.start (/node_modules/astro/server/index.js:234:21)
at async lambda.handler (/index.js:10:18)Root Cause Analysis
The error occurs due to Astro's server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) incompatibility with AWS Lambda's ephemeral runtime environment. Astro's dynamic server usage relies on a persistent filesystem and a consistent network environment, which is not guaranteed in AWS Lambda's stateless and ephemeral nature. This mismatch causes Astro to fail when trying to resolve dynamic server routes and handle requests.
